'Extreme Engineering'
I had thought of many events but my last months' trip to Australia revolutionized my thinking and approach towards the events .. The class of the shows and events organized there are really a treat to watch. The ones that were simply great were the 'Stunt Drivers Show' in which there were some stunt drivers performing one of the greatest stunts with the cars and they even had astory playing with the stunts which was another good thing ...
For more info about the event you can search the You tube...
Perfectly organized stunts and proper planning tought me a lot..
The kids are pretty much into designing machines out of junk and they apply to all what they learn from the beginning itself...
I am also planning to organize such events in my coll. so as to emphasize on the practical knowledge..
I am Planning to organize 'Junkyard Wars' on a larger scale with tasks like makin the water bike, the submarine sand vehicle... The greatest challenge would be to provide the people wid the materials and that too precise materials at the beginning, coz this will be the first time we would be organizing such event... Hope I will succed in my plans and people of my coll. like the approach...
My next post will be about the 'engine design' and the Einsteins theory added on with the Universal Gravitational concept of Newton leading to a whole new theory named the 'String Theory' 9everything made up of even smaller particles called strings)...
So wait for it coz it is going to be fun discussin these interesting topics...

'My Experiences 1'
And I gained a lot of Experiences during the events that I participated in..
My first ever Event that I participated in was Robocon 2009 which took place this year and was a very big Event for me.. coz it mattered to me the most in that semester..
I went about preparin myself for this event since January 2009 and took on all the challenges as I was a new comer into the field of Robotics ..
I was told that in the 1st year itself it was a big leap coz we were not in for some college fest or something .... It was a proper competition with Robocon being the biggest Robotics games held in Asia..
But me an my friends who were also in 1st Year like me, turned our deaf ears to those people (our Seniors)...
It all started well, with all the things falling right in place for us but suddenly when it came to designing the circuits for the Autonomous bots required we people couldn't do much..
The competition was in march and we barely had a months time to finish off the things ...
At that point of time I was only thinking about the Fame and the Prize that we would be getting out of that and not the reality that if we lose badly we will ruin the reputation of our own college which is ranked among the top (at least in Private)....
In the last days we were struggling with the micro-controller specifications ad the programming..
Since I had my C++ base strong enough I myself designed the algorithm for the bots but what abt the rest..
Who will manage the circuits??? Who will explain the Transmission???
Who will actually go through the net searching for a better soln. to the problem we were facing??
I really did not have any answers to the questions of my own and I finally decided to drop the idea of being famous in the 1st Sem itself....
I tried expalining the senario to our Prof in charge and also my group members but now it was too late coz they all were already into it...
Now I just was a spectator to all the events occuring and I could'nt do much but go there to Pune
(where this whole event of our losing the comp. took place later )...
I found myself in deep trouble coz I already was not concentrating on my studies and gave my project almost all of my time for the 1st month...
After that I got an idea (a really bad one trust me!!)... I thought of bunking the project meets and studying for my CGPA as our Exams (torture at BITS) had already started...
It worked out well for me for the last month of our project preparations but after going there we all faced a terrible Deafeat in the 1st round itself from the Home team (MIT Pune) ....
That was the 'time' that tought me a lesson ... I cheated on my friends who trusted me and my Profs.. I cheated myself and my parents but it was all a bad experience that tought me a very good lesson -- ' Cut the coat according to the cloth ' .....
Dats it about my first worse experience that I had in my college days...
